My husband and I truly enjoyed our night with Saul at his home. His class was recommended to us through a friend. He is such a kind and wonderful person who shared a lot with us about Argentinian culture and food. We felt like he was a friend by the end of the class. The food was incredible and we already made two of the recipes at home when we returned. We highly recommend Saul's class to anyone traveling to Buenos Aires.

We were looking for a class that offered some involvement rather than just watching and tasting. I also needed a gluten free menu. Saul was up for the challenge of adapting his recipes to be gluten free and his teaching style naturally involved us in the preparation. Neither of us are super home chefs, but enjoy great food and cooking. We’re thoroughly enjoyed a relaxed few hours with Saul in his home kitchen, not to mention how delicious the food was! Simple, fresh and well prepared. We’ll be cooking it up for family and friends when we arrive home. This experience was one of the memorable highlights of your visit to Buenos-Aires.

We were in Buenos Aires for our honeymoon and my husband surprised me by organizing this cooking class! It was amazing experience and our chef was a great teacher! Very patient, passionate with food he loves what he does.
We cooked 3 courses dinner! Traditional empanadas with beef (from the scratch), steak and chimichuri with potatoes in the oven and quinoa salad and a fantastic desert with dulce the leche, rum and cocoa! We had an amazing unforgettable evening and i will definitely recommend it to everybody is visiting Buenos Aires. We will come back for sure to take the tango lessons as well! Thank you chef! I already tried all your recipes in Cyprus!

We had such a wonderful day with Saul. His home is so inviting and the food was marvelous. We love taking cooking classes when we travel and our kids enjoy learning new recipes and eating all the splendid foods. This was no exception.Saul has a chefs kitchen where he describes the Argentine way of cooking. He has most the foods prepped before hand and then he instructs you on the prep. My kids rolled the dough, stuffed empanadas, ate some of the best chorizo sandwiches on earth and baked bread pudding.Saul is calm, patient and has an amazing background. Cooking brings people together. We had wonderful dialogue and our entire family agreed, it was one of our favorite days in Argentina.
