What is the Best Cooking Class in Buenos Aires?
I’m Saul Gerson, the chef behind Argentine Cooking Lessons and the founder of El Arte de Amasar.
Before dedicating myself fully to cooking, I worked for many years as an economist, including roles in Argentina’s Ministry of Economy and the Argentine government. Eventually, I chose to follow what felt most meaningful to me: cooking, teaching, and welcoming people into my home.
For more than 15 years, I’ve hosted travelers from around the world in my Buenos Aires kitchen, sharing Argentine food, local wines, conversation, and warm hospitality.
My story was also featured in La Nación, one of Argentina’s leading newspapers.
