I’m Saul Gerson, chef, cooking teacher and founder of El Arte de Amasar. For more than 15 years, I’ve welcomed travelers from around the world into my Buenos Aires home to cook, share a meal and enjoy Argentine food in a warm, personal setting.

My classes are private, hands-on and hosted in English or Spanish. They are designed for couples, families, friends and small groups who want a real local experience — carefully organized, relaxed and far from a standard group tour.
